More Control received an enquiry for a safety replacement solution & installation service for a CNC wood milling company based in the UK.

More Control was asked to fit new pressure sensitive safety mats to a large BIESSE CNC machine, the mats are designed to offer a quick shut down procedure, following the sensors within the mat triggering a safety relay. The smart design allows for operators to work effectively and without any danger from the machine itself.

The mats are installed directly in front of the mill access area, all other areas around the machine are safety guarded making the only designated area to operate via the mats. More Control installed and safety tested the mats within a day, offering a quick return back to full operation of the CNC machine.
